Encrypted file transfers
All file transfers are protected by 128-bit SSL
encryption between the client's computer and your
secure ShareVantage account. Their browser will
automatically display a padlock with https://
connections.

The ShareVantage paperless office software allows you
to manage digital files for each of your contacts.
Using file management features similar to Windows,
simply insert files and folder into the contact's
Private Client Site folder. Easily share
contracts, client statements, and much more.

including password reset requests. You'll never
handle client passwords and our dual authentication

File downloads and uploads
Once a client enters their user name and password,
they can download and upload files to their portals

right-click any file to view access logs that detail

Our paperless software includes a print driver that
allows you to print to PDF from any Windows
application to contact's digital file or Private
Client Site folder. It's a great way to capture
reports, client statements, or any work-in-progress
information for paperless storage.

Use The ShareVantage software to organize a paperless
office and securely access files from anywhere with an
Internet connection. Each contact has a digital file
that you can use to organize folders, files, contact
notes, email messages, and more. The Private Client
Site folder is their portal and you can easily insert
files from your network or desktop computer.

Use client portals to exchange large files with
clients that email cannot. Client file uploads are
automatically organized in their Private Client Site
folder and ready for your access.

Portal upgrades
Your Free account includes 10MB of storage for one
user. For an additional fee, you can upgrade your
account to include more storage and portal branding
with your company logo. What's more, you can upgrade
to our Workflow Edition and automate business
processes.
